We at GW Power-Safe are thrilled to celebrate our tenth anniversary with ambitious plans to reach a £12 million turnover and create new jobs this year. Over the years, we’ve grown significantly, and we’re now actively recruiting skilled professionals, including electricians, plumbers, gas and heating engineers, air conditioning engineers, renewables specialists, and apprentices.
As part of our ongoing expansion, we’ve diversified into the decarbonisation and renewables sectors. This growth has been further supported by the launch of C3 Group, a sustainability consulting firm co-founded by our Managing Director, Daniel Haley. C3 Group focuses on sustainable energy solutions, carbon reduction plans, and net zero strategies, allowing us to provide clients with an end-to-end service from design to delivery.
Recently, Daniel was recognised for his contributions to the industry with an Octopus Energy Springboard Entrepreneur Award, a testament to our commitment to decarbonisation. Additionally, we were honoured to be named Hull College’s Apprentice Employer of the Year, reflecting our dedication to developing future talent.
We marked our milestone anniversary with a celebration in Hull’s Victorian Paragon Shopping Arcade, where we recognised team members who have gone above and beyond. Awards were presented to Apprentice of the Year Zuzanna Radzewicz, Engineer of the Year Aiden Armstrong, Office Champion Amy Mumby, and Rising Star Dion Wilkin.
Looking ahead, we’re excited to drive growth through our work on renewable energy projects, including solar, commercial battery, and air source heat pump installations for public sector organisations.
With plans to recruit up to 10 experienced engineers and four additional apprentices, we’re set to expand both our team and our national presence. We’re confident that our future is bright and look forward to continuing our journey of growth and innovation.
